Expedited and international shipping options are currently not available. Please ensure your shipping address is correct, as we are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to address errors.

Due to the nature of our handmade products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged during shipping or there is an error with your order. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if there is an issue. Proof of damage or error will be required for processing.

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please take photos of the damaged item and packaging and contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or refund based on the situation.
